ABOUT YOUR CALL MAGAZINE

Your Call Magazine is a local family run business. We are an independent publication run locally in Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull Villages. Established since July 2005, we are part of the local community, encouraging local people to use local businesses. We are trusted by many Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull Villages businesses who advertise with us, as a proven way to reach new local customers.

Alongside our magazines, we can also provide digital exposure to our customers through our online business directory and Social Media. We also provide a leaflet distribution service, leaflet and stationery printing and design services.

LYNNE HEARD

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Lynne launched the first Your Call Magazine in July 2005, as she wanted to do something positive for local communities in and around the area which she lives. Over time we have expanded to cover many more local areas and Lynne is very proud of what Your Call Magazine has become. It is very rewarding to hear how the magazines have helped so many local businesses and communities to spread the word about their products, services and events. Studies show that people like to buy locally whenever they can, and many advertisers have been with us for a number of years because being seen in the magazine really works for them. Lynne is passionate about producing a high quality publication whilst trying to keep advertising costs as low as possible, as she understands the need for local businesses to have an affordable way to reach local people, which in turn will have a positive impact on the local economy.

STEVEN HEARD

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Alongside running the business with Lynne, Steve manages and organises our distribution team across the region we cover. With businesses keen to extend their marketing, Steve regularly assists local advertisers with leaflet distribution campaigns. We pride ourselves on getting distribution right for our advertisers through a professional service and audit process and many local businesses use our leaflet distribution service on a regular basis. DONNA SAYER

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Donna is our key community contact, looking after our community pages, what’s on locally pages and our online directory. As these continue to grow, we pride ourselves on providing a reliable source of what is going on in your local area. Donna also manages our Social Media feeds which are an integral part of our business and we regularly post information to help promote our advertisers and local community events. NICKY READING

SALES ASSISTANT

Nicky is our Sales Assistant, responsible for gaining new business sales and building relationships with customers across the area. There is no ‘hard sell’ from Nicky, just good marketing advice and a listening ear, as to how we can help new and established businesses to gain more local customers and increase their local presence.
